lawyers: Geert Van Gijseghem

Geert VAN GIJSEGHEM obtained the diploma of Master of law at the VUB (Free University of Brussels) in 1992, with an in-depth study of Economic Law. In the same year, he became a member of the Antwerp Bar.

As a working student, he gained experience in legal services in the private sector.

In 1996, he obtained the diploma of Master in Business Law (UA), the so-called “Alumni Masters after Masters in Business Law” (UA).

He joined the office in 2002.

His activities mainly include general Commercial Law, Enterprise Law, Insurance Law, Company and Contract Law.

Since 1999, he is trustee in bankruptcy at the Court of Commerce, and he is following the appropriate permanent training courses.

Geert VAN GIJSEGHEM has two children, is a member of various social-cultural associations, sometimes as an executive, and is known as a real Harley Davidson fanatic.
