In its present form, the office has been active since 1982 and since 2005 as a civil company with the form of a BVBA (private company with limited liability).
As a medium sized office with personalised customer relations, the lawyers are active in general practice, but also in the domain of Company and Competition Law, and Building Law as part of the more general Commercial Law and Law of Obligations.
The office is very experienced in the counselling of companies in difficulties, reorganisation and procedures concerning the judicial settlement, the general Insolvency Law and in particular the Bankruptcy Law, including any related Family Law and Criminal Law. Also related are subjects such as Insurance Law and Compensation Claims and Labour Law.
Furthermore, the office is active in the domain of Intellectual Property and the elaboration of the Environmental Llaw.
Several of our collaborators have followed additional trainings or have gained experience in the private sector.
In the course of these activities, a network of specialists in related and complementary subjects has been developed for on line collaboration. The office is the privileged lawyer for various companies.
The office is a member of EU-LEX IPG (International Practise Group), a network in which lawyers and accountants of different nationalities meet during for example half-yearly conferences, and of Belgavoka, a national network of lawyers with members in all districts.
These collaborations allow us to offer our clients accurate services beyond any district or international borders.
