Tariffs: administrative costs

The administrative costs are displayed by the computer in units, according to the following calculations:

• Typewriting: € 9,92

Calculated per page typed and including the original, copy (copies), envelope, secretarial operations, maintenance and depreciation of appliances and postage costs.

• Postage costs: € x,xx

The case arising, special postage costs.

• Photocopies: € 0,30

Include the costs for making photocopies, depreciation of appliances and activities of secretary.

• Costs for pleading dossier: € 5,00

Dossier with all evidence material, intended for the judge

• Transport expenses: € 0,40

Calculated per kilometre in case a car is used, or the actual expenses for the use of public transport.

These expenses are not charge for transport to the Court of Antwerp (Bolivarplaats) or to the Court of Appeal (Waalse Kaai).
